Nope when using the form created you have to use an image from your PC and not a URL link like this: I have disabled the tags for this posting..

Under php 5.6 the form maker works perfectly
Under php7.0 etc., the extension unfortunately brings the HTTP 500 Error.
The extension should be updated

Hi,

just encountered an issue while trying to enable the extension on phpbb 3.2.1. It is working perfectly on phpbb 3.2, so i'm a bit confused. Unfortunately i'm no phpbb expert, nor have a lot of php knowledge to fix this.
Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to phpbb\db\migrator::get_callable_from_step() must be of the type array, null given, called in phpBB3/phpbb/db/migrator.php on line 701 and defined in phpBB3/phpbb/db/migrator.php on line 723

I don't see a difference between the migrator.php of 3.2 and 3.2.1. Is there anyone which has a similar issue that was able to solve it?

EDIT: Bin reading through the migration documentation and can't find something that would be off.

Decided upon reinstalling phpbb 3.2.1 and now it enabled without obvious issue. The configuration module is not visible however in the extensions tab.

Got access to configuration after i was upgraded to founder/admin. Could it be that the permissions are a little different between 3.2 and 3.2.1?

The Form Maker does not work under php 7.xx.
Please upgrade it.

I second this. Please upgrade this extension to php 7.
I get that it is still in alpha state, but it's been almost a year now.
