Features
- Adds the user's local time based on their timezone setting to the topic, private message and profile pages of your forum.
Thank you to Marshalrusty and MichaelC as their previous modification work for 2.0 and 3.0 were used as inspiration for this extension.

Installation
- Add the extension files into the ext/danieltj/localtime directory.
- Log in to the Admin Control Panel and install the extension.
