Check database when you install it if the table is there.

Sir dm I just already deleted the data and reupload and activate again but still the same error.

Had the same problem with the update to the latest version. Even after deleting the exgension data before installing the new version. Created the missing tables manually, now it's working.

Check when you enable the extension that the tables are in your database
