Is your database from pbpbb 3.0.x (and you had the mod version installed then paths is stored in the database) ?

If so goto acp/forums and reset the images as 3.0.x used forum_icons in the paths.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Upload the images to root/images/forumicons

Your images are using this path ext/dmzx/forumicons/forum_icons/mint.png and its wrong

it must be root/images/forumicons/mint.png

Great extention

is there one out there that I can have next to topics

lets say I create a topic called Movie Review I'd like to have an icon next to that when I'm finished posting?
