I have set minimum amount of donation to join group at $10.
Now if anyone wants to just make a general donation for board support of less then the $10, is that possible to do ?

Ask in English, can I connect the Russian payment system such as Webmoney, ROBOKASSA, Yandex Money and so on.
PayPal there but it is difficult to use at home... and not very popular
