Unzip the downloaded release, and change the name of the folder to `forumnameintopic`.
In the `ext` directory of your phpBB board, create a new directory named `dmzx` (if it does not already exist).
Copy the `forumnameintopic` folder to `/ext/dmzx/` if done correctly, you'll have the main extension class at (your forum root)/ext/dmzx/forumnameintopic/composer.json
Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`
Look for `Forum name in Topic` under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.
Hmm, nevermind. I enabled it again and for some reason it works now, even though I didn't clear the cache. I'll let you know if the problem shows up again. Nice extension by the way.

I found the reason why that happened. It doesn't want to work alongisde with Advertisement Management for 3.1. Guess it's my fault for trying to run an old extension, but I really have no choice at the moment, since the new version for it is not working properly with MySQL.
