Yes, but look in the filemanager after the upload. Somehow uploaded files are 0600, instead of 0644. This is why you got error.

Why are you playing with file perms ? if your host was any good then you would not ever need to touch them.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post! Maybe your post count is too low.

How did you upload the extension with upload extension or ftp?
Folder must be indeed 0644, all files will be automatic cmod 0644 when you upload them.

see for ref:

https://github.com/dmzx/Image-Upload/bl ... #L210-L211
if extension change permission to 0644 automatic why the permission is 0104 if I upload a picture with imageload 1.03 ? permission is 0644 if I upload the same picture with ftp.

Just thought I would let you know, I just installed this on a 3.2.0 test board on my server, at first it was not working. I had a missing submit button, that was fixed by disabling the Form Creator ext, but the images uploaded here work just fine (chmod 0644) and the extension works just perfect for me. Im guessing if your images permissions are being changed from 0644, then its something with your server/hosting compnay. Both on my server and on a localhost it works here.

Now about that missing submit button when Form Creator is enabled.

Hello .... my problem is solved now.

in imagecontroller.php I have changed in row 210 + 211 the permission from 0644 to 1050 and now it works.

now i can use Imageupload

:P

Edit:

I changed permission at imagecontroller.php from 0644 to 0755 I could see picture permission 0325 in filezilla.

If I Change from 0755 to 0999 I see 0600 in filezilla.

:wtf:

Try to change permission in line 210 and 211 up to 0655 or 0700,....

save file

clear cache

try again and look at permission in ftp.
