Yea that is the old one. I didn't update that migration file in that last package.

Still ./ext/ want work in the custom mchat page without the board url address.
{ROOT_PATH} want work in bbcodes so It looks like the hard coding your site url in is it. I might as well give up.

Could you use a variation of the tables guideline code to move the signs icons below the text area using the posting_editor_message_after template? Or maybe work something like this ext to put them below the text area but not move the "normal smilies" ? or ??? That way you have the button where you do and when pressed it puts the icons under the text area and then removes them with another button push. Guess that may depend on if it would still need the root path bit of code that is causing the problem to begin with.

Just throwing some ideas out there. Might be talking out my back side but sometimes it can spur an idea. Don't know if any of that will help, or if you would even be interested in that location, but... :smile:

Aero isn't playing nice again but that's nothing new. :rolling: It looks like it's working well in prosilver though. Whatever you adjusted got all my previous tests of 1.0.6 to work.

Aero isn't playing nice because you need the custom class for your background. And the padding on the first line for your shadow.

Code: Select all

<div style="text-align: center;padding: 4px 4px 0;display: inline-block;">
<div class="forabg custom-head" style="padding: 8px;margin: 0;-webkit-border-radius: 26px;-o-border-radius: 26px;-moz-border-radius: 26px;border-radius: 26px;">
<div class="panel custom-inner" style="padding: 0 6px 2px;margin: 0;-webkit-border-radius: 20px;-o-border-radius: 20px;-moz-border-radius: 20px;border-radius: 20px;">{TEXT}</div>
</div>
<div class="headerbar custom-img" style="padding: 0;background-size: 6px 42px;background-repeat: no-repeat;background-color: transparent;background-position: center top;"><img src="./ext/sniper/smiliesigns/images/sign_{SIMPLETEXT}.gif" alt="" /></div>
</div>
Thanks dm I'll look at this when I get back. {TEXT} replaced with {SIMPLETEXT2} that will allow very little in the sign.

OK I found all of the images in a duplicate directory. Everything is good on the images.
I have the migration file setup this time and I'm working on the buttons.
Let me get these buttons ironed out like I did with tables and I'll post an update.

Getting close... It's just these damn buttons again. I'll get it worked out.

Did you try generate_board_url() . '/ext

$roll_dice = '[i][color=#FF0000]Mchat  gave you a[/color][/i] [img]' . generate_board_url() . '/ext/dmzx/mchatrolldice/styles/prosilver/theme/images/dice1.png[/img]  [img]' . generate_board_url() . '/ext/dmzx/mchatrolldice/styles/prosilver/theme/images/dice1.png[/img] [i][color=#FF0000]Snake Eyes - That is called called Craps... You are a Loser![/color][/i] [img]' . generate_board_url() . '/ext/dmzx/mchatrolldice/styles/prosilver/theme/images/laughing.gif[/img]';

Damn martin you almost got me excited there. Did not think of that but it didn't work. You almost got aImage

Those BBCode html replacements are picky. The ./ext/... works fine BUT /app.php/mchat you loose the image.
That code may have to be used in the listener.php to work but I don't see how it would merge with the html replacement.

Finally got the buttons working with Posting Buttons and mChat.
Sorry Puchahawa, I'm working on ABBC3 files next. This shouldn't be a problem now that I have the buttons figured out.

Here is a copy working with ABBC3 and Posting Buttons both.

smiliesigns_dev_test.zip

Now I have to get the regular buttons working and get it out of the ACP with ABBC3 or fix it there.
Don't look in the ACP. :yikes:

Prosilver :thumbup: Aero :thumbup: abbc3 :thumbup: :thumbup:

Noticed a few more smilies added. :cool:

Only thing I noticed was in the ACP on the general tab where it shows things like a new version of the software etc... This
warning.png
Don't know if it matters but still using 3.1.9. Gonna give it a few weeks to see if folks have issues before I update. :rolling:

Now didn't I say not to look in the ACP? :lol:

I don't see that in the General tab in ACP on my site. But I see that you see it. I did have conflicts with SEARCH and RULES before I had to change. I'll have to change that to WARNING2 to fix that problem. Easy fix. Thanks for pointing that out.
The "phpBB installation is not up to date" section must use {L_WARNING} also.

I'll change the language/en/common.php to...

Code: Select all

		'WARNING2_TITLE'		=> 'Warning',
......
		'WARNING2'				=> '[sign=warning][/sign]',
And I'll change the styles/all/template/smiliesigns_posting_editor_button.html to...

Code: Select all

			<a herf="" onclick="insert_text('{L_WARNING2}'); return false"><img src="{ROOT_PATH}ext/sniper/smiliesigns/images/icons/warning.gif" alt="" title="{L_WARNING2_TITLE}" /></a>
And of course in the aero style files too.

So I want forget to... I just changed those for the next copy.

BOW_TITLE (doesn't bring up code just BOW)
