3.2 & 3.3 Extensions Database 3.2 / 3.3 ⇒ Image Upload

Uploaded then enabled Image Upload. Get 500 error upon clicking the Img-Upload link in the Quick Links Task Bar. Using several other extensions and have made minor modifications to accommodate header. Could that be the problem?

Why this extansion re-name my picture?
i re-name this picture with name "rocknmetalbulgaria - kotki na skara" when i upload it with image uploader it re-name the picture "7cce238898d831fbeb6bfbfd28df00ce.jpg"
by the way this is my cats

It renames the uploaded images so that no-one will ever upload an image with the same name, and replace the "old one".

Yes can be done but will not be posted, this is not how the extension must work.

I'm getting this error on the extensions image upload configuration page. I guess I'm missing some images?
