Not really. I personally dont know why you would want it in anything other than the first/original post. I use it in a classifieds section on my web site and having it in every single post would be completely useless. I also use it on another site for for a tech support I guess you could call it and again, anything other than in the first post is completely useless and unnecessary.

Well, I was thinking to use them to organise motorbike events, and club members who are going to join those events The form could be a good way to ask for several things. For instance, to know if your go alone or with your companion, if you go only one day or the whole weekend, if you want Conmmemorative T-Shirt or not, and so on...

Please, mind on the possibility to force the use of the form when opening a new topic, possibly via a configuration option...
It could be a very good and useful option for me and, I suppose, other people.
Ready to give any help as beta-tester and for translation in Italian.
Cheers.

Hey guys! This is my first time trying to load this extension on my fresh install of phpbb 3.2 and for whatever reason when I go to the ACP -> Extensions -> PHPBB Form Creator (Configuration) I get a 500 error page. Has anyone else had this issue? I looked back and didn't see a specific example of someone with this problem.

Switched PHP version from 7.0 to 5.6 and now the page is loading no problem. Anyone know the root of this issue? I would prefer to run my server on PHP 7.0 + for the added speed enhancing features.

rec9140 wrote: 12 May 2017, 21:15 For US/ME my site, we don't want that, and see above we would like to force the form to display versus hitting the form button...at least for the first post, which does work. If you switch to form mode, fill the form, and hit submit fine.

I am just giving this as a potential bug if so...
...same for my needs...
I suggest to activate via an ACP option the possibility to make the form filling mandatory at least for the first message of a topic.
This option should be quite perfect for most of the users.

I'm still waiting for an important update giving to the user the capablity to write/update data directly on an additional DB table.... but I must admit that this feature it's not so easy to implement...

Dammit, all down.. Yeah I haven't updated the board, because i was told there wasn't anything special, and that My extensions that I have won't work for the 3.2. But, thanks for getting back to me, to much to ask to code it to 3.1 to much work or something?
