Unzip the downloaded release, and change the name of the folder to `fixednavbars`.
In the `ext` directory of your phpBB board, create a new directory named `dmzx` (if it does not already exist).
Copy the `fixednavbars` folder to `/ext/dmzx/` if done correctly, you'll have the main extension class at (your forum root)/ext/dmzx/fixednavbars/composer.json
Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`
Look for `Fixed Navbars` under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.
There's your problem custom theme 99% of ext's are made for prosilver this ext comes with a all folder so it should show unless your theme is messed up.
Yes the Carbon style is a custom style and the header and navbar are rewritten. Your header navbar is carbon-topper in that style.
You will need a carbon directory in the extension's styles folder. Your css would need different classes to work.

Is there a fix for the mobile responsive fixed footer for phpbb-3.3.1? Right side menu popup is not showing correctly.
