I'm impressed. Checked on 3.1.10 board running abbc3. Used FF, Chrome and IE. Looked at it with prosilver and aero.

It's working. :exclaim: :exclaim:

:dance: :dance:

No more issue with IE putting the smilies in the wrong place. WELL DONE SNIPER! :beers: :beers: :buigen: :buigen:

Thank you! Appreciate the testing my friend! I couldn't have done it without you guys...

I used your css in aero. But I think .custom-head { background-color: #838383 looks better in aero.
I got that color out of one of the buttons in aero. And border: 1px solid #777; works better.

Taken the files from first post here.

You got the ext.php still in for validation?
If so there is stated 3.1.9', '>=' so bigger or equal to that version.
In composer it says 3.1.*

Migration file could be a problem but lets see.(last time they wanted me to do it different)

Cool thanks dm... I placed "phpbb/phpbb": "3.1.9", ">=" in the composer.

Puchahawa pointed out that I messed the sign button switches up when I added the show/hide examples switches.
Repaired those switched and updated the composer file. Updated to version 1.0.9

Smilie Signs 1.0.9 is now out!

Awesome! I hope this is the Final Version. Thanks for the testing Pocahontas.

@ dmzx, I went with this in the ext.php

Code: Select all

	public function is_enableable()
	{
		$config = $this->container->get('config');
		return version_compare($config['version'], '>=3.1.9');
	}
And I went with this in the composer.jason

Code: Select all

	"extra": {
		"display-name": "Smilie Signs",
		"soft-require": {
			"phpbb/phpbb": ">=3.1.9"
		},

Re: [RC] Smilie Signs

Crazy stuff going on in my site...I'm getting a white page now with smiliesigns enabled.

I was adding another smilie image to the mix and everything went straight south.
Image
I was adding this sign_spin.gif image to the templates and lang file and my page went white.

I reverted back to before those new edits and the page was still white.
I disabled and deleted the ext, copied over the latest stable release and still white.

CRAZY I SAY! I'm going to have to wipe out my site and load a fresh copy of phpBB.
If it comes out white again you will have to tattoo SREWED on my forehead. :yikes:

Deleting the config/ directory brought the site back.
The config/services.yml only pulls up the event/listener.php and the only thing that does is load the lang file.
Copying the original language/en/common.php file over did nothing to fix it. I have no clue what happened.

Yes they are all 0644 just like all the other files. I'd like a fresh install to test things on anyways.
