3.2 & 3.3 Extensions Database 3.2 / 3.3 ⇒ Ultimate Points Extension

Good Evening
I really love the idea of this extension, however am having some difficulty installing it. Any help would be very much appreciated.
I first installed 1.1.6 from GitHub, but couldn't get it working as the Points Settings menu was broken with 500 internal server error (issue posted on GitHub with error logs)
Now ive disabled, and deleted that and when I install 1.1.8 version I cant even activate it, I get a 500 internal error upon activation.
Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm running 3.2.2 PHPBB.

At the moment PHP 7.0.28
The same problems on 2 forums on different servers.

seems you have let overs from an old MOD in your database. Search on phpBB.com how to remove it (STK)

I never installed ultimate points or any other mod on this database before so it cannot be that. I also know how to remove things from the database myself. I have no clue why this doesn't work but on a fresh install it just gives that error.

I have problem with ultimate points installing on phpbb3, whenever i try to enable it, it says
