Unzip the downloaded release, and change the name of the folder to `postauthor`.
In the `ext` directory of your phpBB board, create a new directory named `dmzx` (if it does not already exist).
Copy the `postauthor` folder to `/ext/dmzx/` if done correctly, you'll have the main extension class at (your forum root)/ext/dmzx/postauthor/composer.json
Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`
Look for `Post Author` under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.

Thats done differently and not with this extension.
Look at css file on my homepage and look at a.lastsubject
I did it in css magic extension by martin

I did and now they appear on the homepage, it's so much nicer, I like these small changes, I thank you very much
