Yeah install it ok all went fine then purged cache and boom got white page with dark text saying pay backs a bitch

No, this extension is a user control panel sidebar.
I have another extension called sidebars which has all of the forum links in it including acp and mcp links. I plan on changing that extension over to sidebars like this extension.
You can grab the sidebar extension and pull the lines out of it for acp.
