Extensions Database 3.2 / 3.3

I was going to keep this just for cssmagic users but thought il release it as a stand alone ext.

This will replace the ugly browser missing image icon with an image as below the image is missing so it gets replaced.

Turnes this

You can change the image in /ext/martin/brokenimage/styles/all/theme/images/broken.png

On 3.2.x its work perfect, but on 3.3. not working
