Wallet index v1.0.3

Installation:

1. Download the latest release.
2. Unzip the downloaded release, and change the name of the folder to `walletindex`.
3. In the `ext` directory of your phpBB board, create a new directory named `dmzx` (if it does not already exist).
4. Copy the `walletindex` folder to `/ext/dmzx/` if done correctly, you'll have the main extension class at
   (your forum root)/ext/dmzx/walletindex/composer.json
5. Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`
6. Look for `Wallet index` under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.

Extension works great with phpBB 3.2.4 and PHP 7.2.

I have a few suggestions/requests.

Instead of the link at the top of the index saying "Wallet." I think it should say something like, "Cryptocurrency Donations." Also, it would be prudent in terms of the law to have a message in the window that appears presenting all of the cryptocurrency addressees that says something like, "by donating you agree that your donation is not tax deductible."

I asked about that with donations for my website at the website freeadvice.com which is a website to get legal information, and a lawyer stated that if you accept donations and are not 501c, etc, then you should state that all donations are not tax deductible.

What's say you? If you're not willing to implement these two ideas, then could you tell me how I could do it myself? I'm not very well versed in PHP code, but I can follow specific and to the point instructions.
