As I understand it ordinary members can upload their own files to the download system (and I can see the Group Permissions for this). But how do they do this?
Suppose they add a file to a post, how does that file then get to appear in the Download System area?

So when people hit the download butten, then re-direct to external download host (uploaded.net)
