Reading progressbar v1.0.1

Try this version if the one above fails to work.

Installation:

1. Download the latest release.
2. Unzip the downloaded release, and change the name of the folder to `progressbar`.
3. In the `ext` directory of your phpBB board, create a new directory named `dmzx` (if it does not already exist).
4. Copy the `progressbar` folder to `/ext/dmzx/` if done correctly, you'll have the main extension class at
   (your forum root)/ext/dmzx/progressbar/composer.json
5. Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`
6. Look for `Reading progressbar` under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.

I have installed this extension as per the instructions above and enabled the progressbar, however it doesn't appear? Any suggestions?

I am running phpBB v3.3.0 and have tried using multiple browsers. The browser cache has also been cleared as has phpBB.

Have you set it to top or bottom ? what theme are you using ?

I have set it to top and I am using prosilver (although I have a number of themes installed).
