Hide Birthdays v1.0.1

Installation:

1. Download the latest release.
2. Unzip the downloaded release, and change the name of the folder to `hidebirthdays`.
3. In the `ext` directory of your phpBB board, create a new directory named `dmzx` (if it does not already exist).
4. Copy the `hidebirthdays` folder to `/ext/dmzx/` if done correctly, you'll have the main extension class at
   (your forum root)/ext/dmzx/hidebirthdays/composer.json
5. Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`
6. Look for `Hide Birthdays` under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.

I installed extension, but it hides also upcoming birthdays (extension)
I'd like it hides Birthday > No birthday today, but I'd like also to see birthdays' dates for the future.
May be it's impossible

Change index_body_block_birthday_append.html into index_body_stat_blocks_after.html

It is at the very bottom of board, after add Adsense, but I think it's ok.

Change the name to index_body_block_stats_append.html it shows then in the Statistics secction
