To this problem the bbCodes are parsed different in 3.2 and you have to update them in your database. (otherwise they will not display correct)
MMM, I was really trying to avoid editing all of them, I'm not gonna hide it. :)

stupid question: how can I update BBCodes (or something else) in my database? I noticed, local url to text is lost in topics, too - after upgrade.

If you want to get German translations for extensions: ask me.

Edit: Forget everything I said, I'm totally clueless.. maybe it's because I'm super pissed phpbb has forced this shit onto us.. there I said it. Feels lil betta...

So.. phpbb expects everyone to make changes within their DB tables... WOW I totally DID NOT see that one coming.. hell it didn't even register when I read dmzx post earlier.

Soooooooooo.. @MARTIN! If I haven't annoyed you enough yet...

I said screw ABB3 because I think the author is just gonna ignore me, also not support the custom dropdown bcause it's not part of his ext.

I switched to the DL you gave me; X-BBcode Silk Buttons. Installed.. looking at:
Image

Most codes under customs, look like abbc, so I'm thinking I should just remove them at this point. UNSURE.

Also, when clicked on a username "Select Username", I get this: [username|#008000|bold|2]kaspir[/username] and nothing else in the post.

AND, as for the MOD_CMD you can see.. DM says I should change in DB, phpmyadmin, too easy I guess.

After all this, I have NO posting editor that actually is any good, yet being the keyword. THANKS BB! (sarcasm)

Apologies, thought I was being helpful.. and I'm just super angry.. might not want to take advice from me on these bbcodes, and I certainly will not give any anymore.

I do not see any of the MODX_CMD in the bbcodes DB table. Thought's that what you may have meant.

{L_MODX_CMD} Why is it not showing language variables again? I mean, your is working, I'm using the same ext.. is this in code somewhere? seriously?

I would reinstall the ext MODx commands you dont need to make any bbcodes.

If you updated from 3.1.10 to 3.2 you may have lost the table for it.

I did, but installed ext after the update. What is the name of the table?

c and s were the only two customs that came with 3.2 right?

Let it be noted, I've done this also: https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/exte ... x/faq/2011

I have a backup ready.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post! Maybe your post count is too low.

Yea mine didn't show mate. I removed all custom bbcodes that didn't work, left with the list below that all work.

This is what I got now after editing the ext files, but Badge Extensions has also been active, so I'll need to add that next.

Also, username ext.. gone.

EDIT// And.. DONE!

 again, thx for ext martin

I'll go away now. :beers:
