I have used it to make a form for -=Site User Support=- how are you using it lets get your ideas on how to use it.

Other than collecting data again great to have I have seen someone use it for a buy and sell area as a pre formatted way to insert ad info.
I set up a form to be used as site support questionnaire I was just wondering what others have done with the form maker like how are they using it what forms are they making that are useful to their site.
I think its a great and their must be dozens of ways that form maker can be used if not hundreds...
I sure would like the acp option of forcing the form in certain forums as well
