Your missing the ext/dmzx/donation/language/en/common.php or it has the wrong permissions

open ftp and follow that path to confirm the file is there.

I see on dmzx-web.net that if you donate you get added to a donors group giving you vip access - is this all done by this extension or is the adding to a group done by some other code?

result is that the first link doesn't show the image i placed in Donation Page Config
