I have this in ACP / extensions / partner pages
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file [ROOT]/includes/message_parser.php on line 1198: Undefined index: TOO_FEW_CHARS

And this when I'm adding partners:

Yeah weird, thought it was my style, but it stays the same on prosilver too.

I looked at your CSS and in content.css (it should be in styles/your-style/theme folder) you have margin-right: -440px;

Why? Did you put it in there?
Remove margin-right and to look better I recommend adding padding: 0 10px;

Edit: Yeah, you had class icon instead of row-item - so don't remove margin-right because it plays a big part how the forums look :D

I have absolutely no idea... i don't even use prosilver...

checking github/phpbb thats default? :S

edit 2:
i changed dl class to row-item instead of icon, and that seems to fix it too.
