well..i suspect some mystake i mean
i add special title to user and suspect that is nos added

It's a bit hard to fix some thing that dont work you need to give some info

After you enable the special title , purge cache , delete cookies cache in your browser , goto user control panel and add the title , might have to be admin or moderator to have a special title.

can change some code to add reg users, ( admins / moderators / jr. admin only ones need it )
