This will place a green bar at the top of the page it is NOT a page loader it detects the start of a script then starts to show and as soon as your board has loaded them scripts it is done and then will just fly away.
The speed as to how it works depends on what your board is handing out and server speed.

## Installation
Copy the extension to phpBB/ext/martin/scriptloader
Go to "ACP" > "Customise" > "Extensions" and enable the "Script Loader" extension.
