Disable and upload new files then re-enable. (dont delete data if you dont want to lose any data)

I can't get this to work.

I tried a few months ago. Installed. Looked at the link. Opened a different browser and used the link. Created a test account. Viewed my profile expecting to see a referral count of 1, it had 0. I deleted the account, repeated, same results.

I'm bored and can't sleep, decided to try again. This time I thought to myself, "Self, maybe there NEEDS to be a contest." So I created a contest for 12 months and set it to one post requirement. I opened a different browser and used the link. Created a test account. Viewed my profile expecting to see a referral count of 0, it was zero. I validated the test user, I logged in as the test user, I posted as the test user. I posted a 2nd message as the test user. I looked an my profile expecting to see a referral account of 1, it was 0 again.

What gives?

My best guess: possibly not compatible with tecktron/membersonly which makes the landing page sitename.com/ucp.php?mode=login? Or maybe doesn't work with 3.2?

And enabled the extension in ACP / CUSTOMIZE ?

I use .htaccess to redirect to https on my site. Will the referral link still work with that?
