at the installation it asks me for an extension for payment, I tried 2 extensions of which dmxz's is good but it's the 1.0.4 flaw and it requires me over 3

Ok for donator members the credits come auto after donation exp 200
but what about no donator members.... good and active members that I want to give them some credits time to time for their work in forum exp 2 or 3 credits ( can I add to some members manually credit ? )

You can always manual add credits in ACP to the user.

Those numbers/words are probably in the language files but the max amount of 150 limit may be set in the extension's event template.

how admin can know if member has buy file with credits?

because I am pretty sure that some members will complain that somebody has steal his credit.. exp: he will say yesterday I had 60 credit and today I see that I have just 45 credit

This extension could be compatible with ultimate points, thus using the points to pay for downloads, in the same way the donation extension could be compatible with ultimate points, so with each donation the user would earn x points
