Memberlist Avatar 3.2.x v1.0.0

Installation:

1. Download the latest release.
2. Unzip the downloaded release, and change the name of the folder to `memberlistavatar`.
3. In the `ext` directory of your phpBB board, create a new directory named `dmzx` (if it does not already exist).
4. Copy the `memberlistavatar` folder to `/ext/dmzx/` if done correctly, you'll have the main extension class at
   (your forum root)/ext/dmzx/memberlistavatar/composer.json
5. Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`
6. Look for `Memberlist Avatar` under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.

Did it. Supports uploaded, hyperlinked, gravatar, and gallery user avatars. Anyone want to try it out and post feedback.
Tested with gravatar, gallery, linked, local uploaded and working on my forums.

Download, and unpack ext files over the old ext files, and purge cache in ACP! Do yourself a favor, and always back it up first for the sake that I drank too much !

@martin, I had to have it match my onlinestatus ext :)
