Have the extension Read PM tested
Works with phpbb 3.2 and php 7.0.20 flawless.
Will not use the extension, however, because it violates my privacy.

It was not made for spying.

It was made to keep an eye on suspected members that hand out vip ext's after all some ppl do hand them out and you dont need a ext to read pm's you can do it right out of the database too

Put it in 1.0.1 today. I'm still trying to get used to the new interface. At first I didn't think it was working when I clicked a PM that was "Sent" but not responded to. Would be nice to filter those messages out since they don't (currently) display but better yet to make them displayable.

Yes will look into this option, maybe make the message sent faded or grey out.

I would suggest:
- regrouping messages together with replies like the previous version.
- sorting messages by most recent reply at top of page unlike previous version
- ACP option to allow global moderators ( or pick groups) to view PMs

Yeah lets delete it oh wait there are other ways to read all pm's on a board also it's no violation of any rights as the board owner you have the right to do as you see fit.

This ext has cought many users sharing donor exts and begging for them of other users so in short this ext is used on many boards for just that reason..

Reading peoples private convo's without consent is not okay no matter how you try to justify it. In my humble opinion, its pure disrespect! I own many servers, that does not give me the right to invade ones privacy! Its actually a really good way to ruin your rep and or business. If you dont want ppl sharing via pm, perhaps disallow attachments or per user, or per group, Just saying..
