After install ext, i cannot know where is use for it ext?

You dont use it install and enable thats it the ext dont show you any thing its more of a key for other ext's.

There is no demo:

Adds editor extension to your forum, some extensions need this editor to work properly.
Just install and leave it on, no settings in acp needed.

With this extension several options can be added to core or other extensions.
Some of mine extensions require this extension to be installed.

Is this extension available on PHPbb extension site?

If PHPbb will not pass because editing off core files. Are you no longer going to have your extensions available on PHPbb.com?

No, some extensions are only available on this forum.
The editor is made for some code changes if needed in core or other extension that the author won't update.
So if needed this extension is implemented into the code.
