Tu n'a rien à changer dans ce fichier propre à l'extension.
Si tu n'expliques pas plus ta question ne t'étonnes pas de ne pas avoir plus d'aide.

so create folder with name "fr" then open customindexpage_v100\customindexpage\language\en\customindexpage.php
and translate it to french

This extension just add simple page, there is no logic to block your connection
do you have other ext which can block connection?

Also you can translate what u showed (above ur post upthere)
as you go in ACP "extensions" tab , you will see language editor
