Phpbb 3.2.1 i have log in show this problem any one help me thanks.
No route found for "POST /ucp.php

These are both likely to be caused by your hosts mod_security server settings. , I suggest you contact them and see if they can disable some settings.

disable gzip compression. chances are that your server is already using it and having it turned on in phpbb as well can cause problems.

also, change the force url settings from yes to no.

that is only for situations where the server setup is strange and phpbb can not find itself.

after that, purge the cache and then see what happens.

if that doesn't fix it, tell us what extensions if any that you have installed and exactly how you did the upgrade.

of most importance is did you completely remove all old MODs that you had installed and did you completely replace all old files except for the config.php file.
